Technically Rouvy has always works on Linux in wine, but wine didn't support Bluetooth LE so there was no way to connect to your sensors.
Now with Wine 11 BLE is supported and someone has released a patched version to make running Rouvy easier.
I haven't given it a go with standard Wine 11 yet so don't know if the extra patches are still required, but using evanjt's version worked straight away with no messing around. My Van Rysel trainer, Garmin cadence sensor, Polar H10 HRM and Zwift click controllers all got detected straight away and stayed connected for the whole ride.
I was going to cancel Rouvy because having to shut everything down and restart into Windows just to use it was annoying, so I rarely bothered using it. Now I can just start it up whenever I feel like it.
